As life gets too crazy and overwhelming due to endless responsibilities, I would remind us all to take a moment and remember to breath when the pace gets too much for us. It could help us refocus on what is important so don’t miss out on a second of it! It might just take a minute of your time or more to not get caught up in the drama and reevaluate your path- save the drama for another day! Remember to take a moment and just appreciate the love and spirit of connection that surrounds us! This is definitely advice I need to take for myself on as many moments in time that I can muster. When I stop and breath, answers magically appear in front of me where there was previously just a lot of confusion, questions, and frustration. Do yourself a favor after you read this, close your eyes and just breath. When you open them up again, you may be seeing things just a little bit more clear.
